Jennifer Keitt, Chief Empowerment Officer

There is no one in this whole wide world you’d talk to the way you talk to yourself. I have recognized over the years that sometimes I am a very bad friend—to myself. I criticize myself unlike anyone else. I have to learn—and keep reminding myself—to forgive more AND to start with me.

Maybe you’re in the same boat too. Forgive yourself.

You’re not as dumb as you tell yourself. You’re not as hopeless as you tell yourself. You’re not as ugly as you tell yourself. You’re not as pitiful, incompetent or unlovable as you’ve told yourself. Stop the endless critique! Ladies, we become who we tell ourselves we are. It’s time to stop the harsh critique and to start speaking words of love, empowerment and peace about Y-O-U. We want to become those kind women—lovable, empowered and full of peace. Stop the ruthless critique and start caressing your mind with good words.
