One of my favorite stickers that I have in my sticker collection (yes, I have a motivational sticker collection!) says “Stop The Glorification of Busy!” It’s a loud and clear reminder to me that being “busy” is not the same thing as being productive. But I have to have movement in my life. It’s how I’m wired. No movement, no momentum. No momentum no brilliant living. So I hustle, daily.

The hustle for me is not being busy, it’s being smart. It’s not saying yes to everything, it’s being on purpose in every decision. Hustling isn’t about getting over or being walked on, it’s about being influential and helping to guide others to their space of brilliance. Hustling to me is the woman who is in charge and doesn’t have to show it. She’s calm. She’s direct. She’s confident. She’s about it and doesn’t let anyone or anything take her off her game.

I hustle. Hard. Everyday. And I want to help you hustle too.

#1. Stop glorifying being busy and start being intentional about getting the most important things done every day.

#2. Stop allowing others to determine your agenda. Sit down and plot out what you need to do, who you need to do it with, and then make it happen. Control your schedule otherwise someone else will suck up your time with their agenda!

#3. Stop whining and start winning. You must understand that what’s done is done. You can’t change the past, so stop whining about it. Forget it and move forward to what is still waiting for you. The future always pulls us forward!
