She and her husband, Tony, recently began hosting Slow Jamz weeknights from 7:00pm – Midnight on KISS 104.1 FM.
For close to three decades, she has motivated women to be powerful and to persevere, challenging them to conquer the world in unique and creative ways. Her passion for people and gift for helping listeners realize the amazing power they possess shines through in every broadcast.
Her relatable style and authentic persona attract listeners of all ages along with a number of high profile guests including Maya Angelou, Mary J Blige, Angela Bassett, Tina Turner, and Halle Berry.

Jennifer is an advocate of higher learning and lifelong personal development. This passion inspired her to create the Keitt Institute Inc. The non-profit organization focuses on empowering, educating, encouraging, and equipping women and men to think differently about themselves and their lives. Jennifer wants people to live brilliantly and the personal and professional development courses she designed help students achieve that goal.
The Keitt Institute Inc. is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization that builds women and men through programming that is empowering, educating, equipping, and encouraging. These programs are specifically designed to globally develop strong, whole, productive, and successful people. The Keitt Institute was created for the purpose of providing empowerment and educational training for women and the general public through targeted programming, initiatives, alliances and events helping individuals focus on the seven core areas of their lives. Jennifer, a mother of four, holds a Master of Arts In Practical Theology from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is also a certified human behavioral consultant and life coach. She currently lives in Atlanta with her husband Tony.
